Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY: 

Merchandise:

Lula will work with you to make sure you love what you've ordered! Email her at lulawhitebooks@gmail.com. 

Returns will only be allowed for actual damage that ruins functionality, i.e., such as a glass being completely broken, or a strap on a slipper broken, or the items are unusable. In the event an item is broken, Lula will happily replace it once you provide photo proof of damage. However, no returns will be accepted because you don't like an aspect of an otherwise well-made product. Other than damage replacements, all sales of merchandise are finalNo refunds.

Slippers - The writing on the slippers is not embroidered or sewn down on the slipper. Vendors use vinyl heat transfer (like with a t-shirt), which fades with repeated use. The slippers themselves are amazingly cushy and cozy. All merchandise is inspected when received from the vendor. 

Books 

Ebooks cannot be returned. As soon as you purchase them, Bookfunnel delivers them instantly and they are in your email inbox. Before you purchase, check your cart and ensure you've made the right selections. However, refunds can be given on a limited basis (i.e., you accidentally ordered the same book 10 times when you were trying to buy other books). If you made an honest mistake and sent them to the wrong email address, or you want to gift ebooks to someone else (you pay, but have them sent to someone other than you), email Lula, and she or someone from her team will get back to you within 1-2 business days. 

Paperbacks can be refunded only before the author ships them (1-3 days after they're ordered). After they're shipped, there's only a refund/replacement for damage in transit.
