Shipping policy

E-books and digital products:

(Ebooks already published) Lula White ebooks that are already published are delivered immediately upon purchase via BookFunnel. Purchaser automatically receives an email with a link to their purchased ebook and they can choose whichever ereader they prefer.

(Ebooks on preorder) Ebooks that are due for upcoming release will be delivered via BookFunnel as soon as they are live. If Lula is running behind schedule due to being a perfectionist, she will email you to inform you and give a new date. If the book is not to be published for any reason, Lula honors your trust and she will give you a full refund. Your ongoing support of her transcends money.

Physical books and merchandise:

(Paperbacks in stock) For books already published and in stock, Lula ships these herself within 1-3 days of your purchase to the address you provide. Be sure to state the correct apartment number or special addresses to avoid mishaps.

(Paperbacks on preorder) Paperbacks that are due for upcoming release will be shipped within 1-3 business days of Lula receiving them from the printer. If she is running behind schedule, she will email you with updates and she will also announce the updated shipment on the web site.
